Ordering process was closed. Servis for ZIN is finishing, reservation system was stopped If you are interested into purchase of tickets, please go to www.sazkaticket.cz - distribution channel for public (there will be 250 new tickets since 25.April).
OR - we have some last pieces in distribution channel for ZIN instructor (www.zumbaonline.cz), theese are cancelled orders of ZIN instructors. ORDER TICKET FOR ZIN

I have read conditions and information about ordering proces and now
I WANT TO GO TO CZECH SITE (order form) AND ORDER MY TICKET. .
Please read instructions in this section, before you´ll click and go to order form. You´ĺl se event "Beto & Wellness maraton (ZIN instruktors registr.)"with info in czech language. The ordering form is on the bottom of the site .
Instructions in ordering form are both in czech and english. Fill the form, click on "objednat/order". You´ll receive an email with instruction about payment (in english).

Event: Corny WELLNESS MARATHON with Beto Perez

Date: May 7 2011, 10AM-6PM (Beto: 11AM-1PM)
Where: O2 Aréna - Prague 9, Czech republic
Price: 750czk (aprox. 31EUR)
Parking: free, in shopping center Galerie Harfa , (Loc: 50°6'14.596"N, 14°29'28.387"E)

The first visit of Beto Perez, the creator of Zumba Fitness in Czech republic is a big event, which is very interesting for every Zumba instructor. That´s why Zumba office has ensured 1000 tickets only for ZIN instructors.

Tickets are available via 2 distribution channels:
1.) for public (non ZIN instructors) – more information www.sazkaticket.cz
2.) for ZIN Instructors – www.zumbaonline.cz (ZIN members, continue in reading)

Beto Perez will perform from 11AM to 1PM.
There will be 2 kinds of tickets in distribution, be carefull by purchasing, and buy ticket signed as „BETO & WELLNESS MARATHON“, for 750czk.
(Other kind of tickets is called „ WELLNESS MARATON“, and it´s for 500czk. This ticket doesn´t include Betos´s entrance, program takes place from 1pm to 6pm.)

Precaution of O2 Arena stadium and Zumba Fitness LLC
It is prohibited to use both cameras and video cameras (author rights for Zumba choreographies, safety precaution of O2 Arena; You can take Picture after 1AM.)
It is prohibited to bring both food and drinks into stadium (everything is availabe for purchasing in O2 Arena in restaurants and shops; every participant will get 1 bottle of water, banana and musli for free by entrance).

1.PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS BY BUYING TICKETS

1.1.Tickets for public and non ZIN members
Price: 750 CZK
Available in www.sazkticket.cz since first week in March
In case, that not all the tickets, rezervated for ZIN instructors will be sold out, there will be a 2nd possibility of purchase - in the end of March.

1.2. Tickets for ZIN instructors
Price: 750 CZK
Available only for active ZIN instructors.
There are two phases for buying tickets for ZIN:
step 1.) Make order of your ticket on this website, make a payment according to the email, you´ll receive after filling the form.
(Unfortunatelly payment via credit card is not possible, only bank transfer - international transfer fees are charged on your account - ask your bank for info)
step 2.) Pick up the ticket at the day of the event (instructions will be in 2nd email - Confirmation ), after veryfication according to your passport

2.PROCEDURE BY BUYING TICKETS - ZIN Instructors

2.1. Order on Zumbaonline.cz (step 1)
You will find the order form in this section.
1.) You will PLACE AN ORDER for only one ticket. Zumba office allowes to buy only one ticket per one ZIN instructor. (You´ll need your ZIN nr. and nr. of your bank account – neccessary for fast processing)
2.) You will immediatelly recieve EMAIL with payment instructions.
3.) Do the BANK TRANSFER within 24 hours after receiving the email. You are familiarised that the amount can be sent to charity fund Slunce dětem, if you are not ZIN instructor, both in case, that you dont write your ZIN nr. or other data correctly. (read more - 3.Noncorrect orders). (If your bank demands fee for international transfer, make sure, that you pay 33eur for the ticket and both you pay the fee to your bank. Owner of the account - Wellness club.
4.) VERIFICATION. We will make verification of your ZIN membership during March and we will match your payment with your order.
5.) The CONFIRMATION EMAIL will be sent after matching payment and order and after verification during March, latest March 31.
The email with information about donation for the fund will be sent to noncorrect orders at the same time.

2.2. How to pick up tickets (step2)
Time to pick up the ticket: 8AM-11AM (at 11AM starts Beto´s performance).

2.2.1. Identity verification
After verification you´ll receive the ticket „ Beto & Wellness Marathon“.
You will need to show us. (If you will not have following, we cant give you tehe ticket.)

3. NONCORRECT ORDERS

In this parargaph solved situations, when a non ZIN member is trying to order a ticket for ZIN member, or a situation when some data in payment or order are incorrect.

3.1. What happens with your payment by incorrect order:
The whole payment will be send to charity fund Slunce detem.

3.2. Who is not intitled to order tickets for ZIN:
3.2.1.Public
3.2.2. Instructors, who are not active ZIN members according to www.zumba.com during veryfication
3.2.2. Instructors, who are not active ZIN members according to www.zumba.com on May 7.
3.2.4.New instructors, who are still not ZIN on www.zumba.com (please wait untill your ZIN account will be activeted and than place your order.)
In these cases, please buy tickets for public, dont do order on www.zumbaonline.cz

3.3. Situations, when noncorrect orders occure:
3.3.1.You are not aktive ZIN member, but you inpersonate as a ZIN.
3.3.2.You dont input your ZIN nr in bank transfer note.
3.3.3.The data in order and paymenti will not match.
3.3.4.Pay only 750czk (40eur) in one payment. If you pay for more tickets we conseider only one payment.


3.4. Notification about incorrect order
In case, that noncorrect order happens, we will send you emailt March 31.

3.5. Name changes, illnesses
We will do everything to find any solution in this cases. Please contact us wm@zumbaonline.cz.

3.6. Groups
We are sorry, but it is not possible to make a group bank transfer. Only one payment per one ZIN instructor is possible.
